From children to elders everyone loves potato made dishes. In the monsoon season yu canmake potato nuggets as a snack and pairt it with hot masala chai. There is a healthy way also to make nuggests. Here is the recipe of potato nuggets given step by step.
Ingredients
1.5 cup boiled potatoes
half a cup grated cheese
2 tablespoon cornflour
half a cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
salt as per taste

Potato Nuggets Recipe
Take 1.5 cups of boiled potatoes. Peel and mash them properly.
Add half a cup of grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, half a cup of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon crushed red chili, and salt as per taste. Mix all these things.
Cover this mixture and keep it aside. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
After this divide this mixture into 4 parts.
Next, apply flour on a flat surface, roll the potatoes with your hands.
Using a knife, cut these rolls equally into 15 parts.
For deep frying, heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and fry the potato nuggets till they turn golden from all sides.
After frying the potato nuggets, take them out on tissue paper and serve hot potato nuggets with tomato ketchup and masala tea.
