India has sent doses of Covid-19 Vaccine sent to Nepal and Bangladesh

India has sent covid-19 vaccine to Nepal and Bangladesh on Thursday for the second day under the aid grant and Neighborhood First Policy, supplying Covid-19 vaccine to neighboring and allied countries. In this, India has sent 10 lakh doses of the Covishield vaccine of Oxford-AstraZeneca made by Serum Institute of India to Kathmandu, capital of Nepal and 20 lakhs to Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh.

India has sent 10 lakh doses of Covid-19 vaccine to Nepal and 20 lakh to Bangladesh under grant-in-aid.

Vaccines will be supplied to Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Afghanistan soon thereafter, awaiting regulatory approval in these countries. When China is trying to make inroads among all these countries, this vaccine diplomacy of India can become a big game changer in regional diplomacy. All this help is being given free of cost.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted that India has been a trusted partner for a long time to the health needs of the global community. Supply of corona vaccine will start in many countries from tomorrow and it will be intensified in the coming days.

So far 4 lakh 54 thousand 49 people have been given Corona vaccine in India. In some states and union territories this speed is very good and in some it is very slow. In the briefing of the Ministry of Health, the member of NITI Aayog, Dr. VK Paul said that due to some confusion, health workers are not taking it, it is sad.
