Himachal Pradesh Election: Preparations for the Aam Aadmi Party are going on for the upcoming assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh. In this episode, party leaders were in Himachal on Friday.
They presented their guarantees to the public. On the other hand, Rajan Sushant, who was the leader of AAP in Himachal at the residence of Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in Delhi, has again returned to the party. With the return of Sushant, on the one hand, in Kangra you are expecting a mass base, while in Himachal it has got a big face.
There are 15 assembly seats in Kangra district. This district is very important in view of the assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh. In such a situation, the Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress also work hard in this district.
In the 2017 assembly elections, Rajan Sushant had fielded from Fatehfur seat of the district on AAP ticket. However, he had to face defeat. He also left the party after AAP’s performance in the 2017 elections.
Talking about the political career of Rajan Sushant, before joining the Aam Aadmi Party in the year 2014, he was a BJP MLA for 3 terms from 1985-1990, 1998-2003 and 2007-2009. In 2009, he also became an MP. However, he was suspended for his involvement in anti-party activities.
After leaving AAP’s price, Rajan Sushant formed our party Himachal Party. In the year 2021, he also contested the by-election from Fatehpur but left it after losing.
