Honda Activa vs Honda Scoopy: Honda is the leading brand in India in the two-wheeler market, with the Honda Activa, Honda has made itself undefeatable in the market. The Honda Activa 6G is the best-selling scooter in India. On the other hand, the Honda Scoopy is also an amazing scooter which is available in the international market but not in India.

First off, the Activa 109.51cc air-cooled engines are also used by the Honda Scoopy. However, the Scoopy built for Indonesia delivers 9PS and 9.3Nm, the Activa 8.84PS and 7.79PS, and the Dio 7.76PS and 9Nm. If Honda maintains the Scoopy’s performance for the Indian market, it may surpass even its rivals’ 110cc models in terms of power.

Features

The Activa 6G has the same design as the Activa 125. The LED headlamp, however, is only offered on the Deluxe model. However, the Japanese company also decided to forego the fully digital instrument console, and the scooter must make do with a rather basic analogue unit that includes readouts for the speedometer, odometer, and fuel gauge. A smart key is included with the Activa H-Smart version of the car, and it has a variety of features like automatic lock/unlock, engine immobiliser, and keyless entry. Alloy wheels are included with this version.

Whereas for the Scoopy, The Honda Scoopy is a one-of-a-kind product, from its oval headlamp cluster located on the apron to the sleek, sweeping features typically found on European scooters. Even in terms of features, the Japanese bikemaker didn’t skimp. Keyless ignition, a semi-digital instrument console, an LED projector headlamp, and a USB charger are among its features.

Price in India

Rs 74,536 is the cost of the Honda Activa 6G. (for the standard trim). Rs 77,036 will get you the Deluxe version. The price for the Premium Edition is Rs 76,859. The price of the most recent H-Smart model is Rs. 80,537. (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).

The Honda Scoopy retails for IDR 2,04,75,000 in Indonesia, which is equivalent to about Rs 1.08 lakh. Expect the cost of this scooter, which will be produced in India, to be around Rs 76,000. (ex-showroom).
