Honda Elevate: The mid-size SUV market in India is about to see the entry of another new contender. Prior to Honda’s official confirmation, only rumours had been made about the new car’s name. The Honda Elevate will be the name of Honda’s impending new SUV, according to a teaser video that the automaker recently posted.
Honda Elevate specifications
The 1.5-litre 4-cylinder normally aspirated petrol engine with 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque from the City will power the new SUV. It will have a 6-speed manual and CVT automatic transmission option. The new Honda Elevate will get a 1.5L Atkinson cycle engine with powerful hybrid technology, just like the City Hybrid. In a hybrid setup, the petrol engine produces 98 horsepower, and the hybrid produces 109 horsepower. A 1.0L turbo-petrol engine with 120 horsepower and 173 nm of torque is also available.
Features
The company hasn’t yet revealed its features or provided any further details. However, it is anticipated that additional features such as LED DRL, LED lights, a sunroof, ambient lighting, steering-mounted controls, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, push-button start, keyless entry, wireless charging, ABS, EBD, hill start assist, TPMS, airbags, a 1.5L engine, and many others could be included.
