Multiple times, the new Svartpilen 401 has already been spotted conducting tests in India. It is based on the next-generation KTM 390 Duke, which is currently available for purchase in India.
With its distinctive appearance, the Svartpilen 401 includes an underbelly exhaust, a big grab rail, and a new split seat. It has a gullwing swingarm with an offset mono shock at the back and an upside-down front fork.
Powertrain details
Its powerplant is most likely a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine coupled to a six-speed gearbox. This motor produces a max torque of 39 Nm and 45 horsepower.
Features onboard
Regarding features, it is anticipated to have riding modes, traction control, LED headlamps and taillamps, and a computerised instrument console with smartphone integration. One potential add-on could be a quick shifter.
