Hyundai Creta EV: The electric model of Hyundai’s most-selling compact SUV, Hyundai Creta has been spotted testing in South Korea with faux exhaust. The test mule is spotted with a fake large exhaust at the back side which makes it look like a conventional vehicle and hides its true characteristic of being an electric car. It is expected that the Creta EV will get a 55.2 kWh battery pack which will provide an impressive range of 500 Km on a solitary charge. Curious to know about the new upgrades in the Creta EV? Hyundai Creta EV: Design 

The recently spotted test mule has revealed that the Creta EV derives design elements from its ICE counterpart. The automaker has made minor changes to the front fascia of the Creta EV which gives it a different look than the Creta EV. Apart from this, the Creta EV also comes with fake exhaust strapped at the back to make it look like an ICE vehicle. 

Hyundai Creta EV will expectedly feature a Split-headlamp design similar to the Hyundai Exter, Palisade and Venue. The EV compact SUV also features C-shaped LED DRLs on both sides of the front. The upcoming electric SUV is expected to get a closed EV grille and all-new headlamps. At the rear side, the Creta EV will get minor design changes including rear bumper and horizontally placed wraparound tail lights. Hyundai Creta majorly differentiates from the standard Creta from its front fascia as the rest of the design elements of the compact SUV stay similar to its ICE counterpart.

Hyundai Creta EV: Interior 

As far as the interior is concerned, the Creta EV will expect to get a similar cabin as the Hyundai Creta Facelift with EV characteristics. Earlier when the Creta EV was spotted in India, the test mule was spotted with an all-new unique digital instrument cluster which is not on offer in any other Hyundai models in India. 

Hyundai Creta EV: Expected Launch 

Hyundai is expected to reveal Creta EV at the end of 2024. It is highly expected that the Creat EV will be launched in early 2025.
