Specifications and other details
There are three different powertrains for the Hyundai Exter: a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine (E20 Fuel Ready) with a 5-speed manual gearbox (5MT), a Smart Auto AMT (Automated Manual gearbox) and a 1.2-litre Bi-fuel Kappa petrol and CNG engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The Exter has features that no other SUV in its class has, including a single-pane sunroof that can be activated by voice commands and a dashcam. Other features include OTA updates, automated climate control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice controls, footwell light, linked car technology, and 6 airbags as standard.
In terms of the interior, the car shares a similar layout with the Aura or Nios and has an 8-inch touchscreen in addition to the same pattern dashboard. A digital instrument cluster like the i20 is also included for the Exter.
