Jharkhand: A shocking piece of news is coming from Jorbhitha village, in Jharkhand where a woman killed her husband as she was stopped from wearing jeans after marriage. The accused has been identified as Pushpa Hembrom.
What happened ?
So what happened is that Pushpa Hembrom (The Wife), went to see a fair in Gopalpur village and further wore jeans. When she returned home, the couple argued over the attire and aggressively questioned her, as to why she wore the jeans after her marriage. These comments led to a big fight and in anger as well as rage the wife stabbed her husband. (Seriously injuring the husband)
Family’s Take
After this fight, the family members rushed the injured to the hospital where he was declared dead. Later the father of the deceased, Karneshwar Tudu, said that there was a dispute between his son and daughter-in-law over wearing jeans. “Pushpa stabbed her husband to death during the fight,”
Whereas, police have launched an investigation into the matter and an investigation is underway to recover the murder weapon.

Meanwhile, Jamtara Station House Officer (SHO) Abdul Rehman said “We have received information about the incident. Since the victim died during the treatment in Dhanbad, an FIR has been registered in Dhanbad. The matter is being investigated”.
