Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R: Kawasaki is all set to launch its all-new supersport bike, the Ninja ZX-6R today in the Indian market. Kawasaki Ninja ZX-R was earlier showcased at the India Bike Week held this year. The prices for the all-new supersport bike will also be announced today only. Kawasaki Ninja ZX will be introduced in India as a middleweight supersport bike and the beast will compete with its rivals such as Honda CBR650R, Suzuki Katana, Ducati Monster and others. Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Power
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R comes equipped with a 636cc in-line 4-cylinder engine which is capable of producing a maximum power of 127 bhp and a peak torque of 69 Nm. The power metrics have become slightly lower than the previous model of the bike. Additionally, the bike also gets re-tuned injectors, a new intake system, molybdenum-coated pistons and a new collector pipe and header.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Suspension and Braking
The all-new Ninja ZX-6R gets an adjustable Showa front forks and mono-shock at the rear end. The braking duties of the bike are smoothly handled by twin 320 mm discs coupled with Nissin 4 piston callipers in the front and 220 mm discs at the rear.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Features
In terms of features, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R comes with a 4.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and three riding modes which include- Sport, Rain and Road. Additionally, the bike boasts features such as a quick shifter, traction control and Intelligent Anti-lock Brake System.
