Kia Sonet CNG: India has seen a rise in the demand for CNG-powered vehicles in recent years. Due to the rise in CNG vehicle sales, CNG-powered SUVs are now also entering the market. Car manufacturers are now launching CNG variants of hatchbacks, sedans, and SUVs without hesitation. As part of this series, Kia Motors will soon introduce the CNG version of its sub-four metre compact SUV Sonet. In this article, we will tell you all we know about this upcoming SUV.

Kia Sonet CNG powertrain details
The company will provide a 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with a CNG kit in the Kia Sonet CNG. This engine will also be able to generate a significant amount of power. Additionally, a six-speed manual gearbox can be added to it. In terms of mileage, the reports indicate that the CNG version of this automobile may deliver 25 to 30 km per kg.
Features
Speaking of features, the Kia Sonet CNG will have features like ventilated seats, a 7-speaker Bose audio system, an air purifier, power steering, power windows, an anti-lock braking system, air conditioning, airbags, automatic climate control, alloy wheels, and fog lights. It will also be given safety features like airbags, a rear parking sensor camera, and ESC.
Expected Price in India
According to experts, the corporation can introduce it to the market for an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 8.5 to 9 lakhs.
