KTM 1290 Super Adventurer R: The 1290 Super Adventure R, KTM’s premier adventure motorbike, has been unveiled for 2023. The new model year has minor changes in terms of appearance and features but is otherwise mostly unchanged. That is acceptable in light of the excellent equipment it presently provides. In that case, allow us to go over the specifications of the 2023 Super Adventure R.

All about the KTM 1290 Super Adventurer R
The motorcycle’s bodywork hasn’t been changed, but KTM has added a fresh set of stylish orange and white decals. A new navigation system with a full-colour TFT display that gives more map selections represents a further revision.
The bike’s LC8, V-twin, liquid-cooled engine, generates about 160 bhp and 138 nm of maximum torque, and all other features are unchanged. A very strong WP XPLOR suspension package with 48mm USD forks up front and an adjustable rear mono shock with 220mm of travel help it withstand all the off-road stress.
The 1290 Super Adventure R is supported by a lightweight (10kg) chromium molybdenum stainless steel chassis that is made to handle both on- and off-road riding with equal poise.
While the handlebar, seat, and footpeg positions on the bike are said to be very comfortable out of the box, KTM still provides a tonne of accessories (such 11 different seats) to let riders adjust the ergonomics.
The 1290 Super Adventure R is a tempting package, but it’s unlikely that it will soon arrive in India. It faces off against the Triumph Tiger 1200, BMW R 1250 GS, Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250, and Ducati Multistrada V4 in international markets.
