There is progress in the latest talk between India and China in ongoing LAC dispute, according to Chinese spokesperson.
In the 4th round of talks among the top Commanders of both the sides, held on Tuesday at around 11:30 am and ended almost after fourteen hours, this is the longest meeting between India and China after the deadly clash between their soldiers in the Galwan Valley, where India is building a strategic road connecting the region to an airstrip close to China.
“The two sides have made positive progress on pushing forward the disengagement of the front-line troops on the western section of the border and easing the border tension,” Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a daily briefing on Wednesday.
