Lamborghini: Bridgestone is Lamborghini’s only and exclusive tyre partner for its Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato supercar, which will receive the world’s first run-flat, all-terrain tyres designed specifically for supercars.
Huracan Sterrato is the world’s first supercar that is very capable off the beaten path
The Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain AT002 is supposed to be the best tyre for both on-road and off-road use. Custom polymers, patterns, and tyre technologies were made for the Huracan Sterrato’s tyres to improve their all-terrain performance. The Huracan Sterrato is the world’s first supercar that is very capable off the beaten path. And because off-road paths can be very difficult, especially for a supercar, the run-flat technology in the Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain AT002 tyres is the main thing that makes them stand out. Even if the bar pressure drops to zero, the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato can run for up to 80 km at 80 kmph.
Bridgestone also says that the special set of tyres for the Huracan Sterrato has a new tyre compound that is designed to improve grip and a shoulder that gives the tyres more grip in deep gravel and mud. The company also says that the tyres are made to have the best handling and high-speed performance possible without sacrificing grip off-road. These custom-made Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain AT002 tyres come in two sizes: 235/40 ZR19 (96Y) XL RFT for the front wheels and 285/40 ZR19 (107Y) XL RFT3 for the back.
Both the front and back tracks have been lengthened by 30 mm
The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is the company’s way of appealing to a small group of buyers who want to be able to do more with their supercar than they have been able to do so far. It has a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine, which is also used in the standard Huracan AWD. Both the front and back tracks have been lengthened by 30 mm, and the ground clearance has grown by 44 mm.
