Lotus Emira: Lotus forayed with its newly launched Eletre SUV in India. After showcasing the new SUV, now the brand has announced its next product which will make India debut India debut next to the Eletre SUV. The upcoming Lotus Emira will reportedly brought to an all-new Lotus-specific Motors Showroom in the month of April next year. Lotus Emira: Under the Hood
Lotus Emira will expectedly be available in three powertrain options which include an AMG-derived 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine that churns out 360 hp of power and comes mated to a 8 Speed dual-clutch automatic, Another option is the Toyota-derived 3.5 litre supercharged V6 engine mated to a 6-speed manual and automatic powertrain which makes 400 hp of power.
With these top-end powerhouses, Emira is capable of accelerating from 0-100 Km in less than 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 290 kph.
Lotus Emira Interior Design
Lotus is known to use high-quality materials for all its products which enhances the overall comfort and luxurious feel of the car. Lotus Emira furthers the brand legacy with a 12.3-inch driver display with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The centre console of the Emira’s gets the side AC vents with a sporty metallic design which contrasts with the black and dark grey theme. Additionally, it gets cup and smartphone holders with the door getting bottle holders too. The armrests between the seats house 12V and USB ports for charging small devices.
Lotus Emira Feature
As far as the features are concerned, the Emira features Keyless Go, powered wing mirrors, automatic wipers, auto-dimming rearview mirror and optional front parking sensors. The supercar also gets four airbags and 10 Channel KE sounds. It also gets a host of ADAS features such as an anti-collision system, cruise control, fatigue alert, road sign information, Vehicle speed limiter, lane change assist, lane departure warning and more.
Lotus Emira: Expected Price
According to the top-end specs that the Emira gets, it is expected that Lotus will price it around Rs. 3 crore (ex-showroom) in India
