The youth went into deep water in the group taking bath on the day of Holi in the pond of the closed coal mine of Rajnagar open cast of Hansdev area under Ramnagar police station of the district. Two youths have died in this while one youth is still said to be missing. This coal mine (Kalari) comes under Dola Nagar. On the day of Holi on Wednesday, some youths had come here to take bath in the afternoon. Some youths had reached deep water while taking a bath, it was told that 2 of these youths died due to drowning while one youth went missing. Whose SDRF team is looking for Anuppur. At the same time, a team of divers has also been called from Jabalpur to search for the missing youth.
At the same time, the missing youth could not be traced till Thursday morning. The name of the missing youth is Aditya Singh, 23 years resident of Kapildhara police station Bijuri.
Two youths died while taking bath in pond. In which Somaditya Ganguly is 22 years old and Sagar Singh is 21 years old. Both these youths were residents of Kapildhara Bijuri police station area. It was told that about five to six youths had reached here to bathe.
Ankit Prajapati and two other youths came out of the water in the same way. Sagar and Somaditya had drowned and were found dead by the rescue team but Aditya could not be traced. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the Ramnagar police had reached on Wednesday evening, who took the help of divers from the area and SDERF from Anuppur. The rescue team of Jamuna Kalri of the district is also tracing the missing youth. Superintendent of Police Jitendra Singh Pawar also reached the spot on Wednesday night and took stock of the site. The bodies of both the dead youths were sent to Primary Health Center Bijuri on Thursday where the postmortem took place.
