In this the father passed, but the son could not succeed. The results of the 10th class annual examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education were declared on Friday. After a gap of 30 years, this year he took the exam along with his son.
Waghmare, who lives in the Babasaheb Ambedkar area of Pune city, works in the private sector. He told reporters, ‘I always wanted to study more, but could not do so earlier due to family responsibilities.’ Waghmare said, “For some time I was eager to start my studies again and do some course which would help me earn more. So I decided to appear for class 10 exam. My son was also appearing for the exam this year and it helped me. He said that he used to study every day and after work used to start preparing for the exams.
Although, now he is happy to pass the exam, but he is sad that his son has failed in two subjects. Waghmare said, “I will help my son in the supplementary examination (held for students who have failed in certain subjects). I am sure he will clear these exams.
