Mahindra Scorpio N: The Scorpio N, one of Mahindra’s best-selling SUVs, has exceeded the 1 lakh unit production mark in the nation, the company stated. This well-liked SUV, which is offered with a petrol or diesel engine option, went on sale in the nation in June 2022.

The retail price range for the Mahindra Scorpio N, which is available in Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8, and Z8L variants, is currently between Rs. 13.60 lakh and Rs. 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). In comparison to 64,179 units with a YoY volume increase of 89%, the combined sales of the Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic in 2023 amounted to 1,21,420 units.
Powertrain details
Two different engines are offered for the Scorpio-N. They include a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 200 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 380 torque at 1,750–3,000 rpm, as well as a 2.2-litre diesel engine with 172 horsepower at 3,500 rpm and 400 torque at 1,750–2,750 rpm.
An automated or manual 6-speed gearbox is available for both engines. Four terrain modes—Normal, Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud/Rut, and Sand—as well as Mahindra‘s 4xplor low-range terrain management system are included with all-wheel drive.
