Maruti Suzuki eVX Electric SUV details
The 2023 Auto Expo took place in January and marked the debut of the eVX electric SUV. At a later time, at the 2023 Japan Auto Show, the business debuted the updated eVX electric. EVs such as the Tata Harrier EV, Hyundai Creta EV, and Curvv EV will face fierce competition from this vehicle once it launches.
The futuristic-looking Maruti eVX electric will have LED headlights, connected LED taillights, a closed front grille, a stylish alloy design, and DRL units. It will have a sophisticated dashboard, a larger twin-screen infotainment system that also serves as the driver’s display, a dual-spoke steering wheel, touch-based mounted controls, and many other features inside the interior.
Two different battery options are anticipated for the Maruti eVX. With a projected range of 550 km, the electric SUV is expected to raise the bar for electric cars in the Indian market. The car will have a 60 kWh battery.
Where will it be manufactured?
The Gujarati Hansalpur facility is where the new eVX will be built. The manufacturer announced that this EV will be produced at the same location and introduced to the global market. This plant produces the company’s top models, such as the Fronx, Baleno, Dzire, and Swift. The Gujarat facility is run by Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Ltd.
