Maruti Suzuki Jimny: Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV will not be launched in India this month. The 5-door car is also called the Mahindra Thar rival car. It was showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 in Greater Noida earlier this year. The SUV was expected to launch in India in the month of May but the latest reports suggest that Maruti Suzuki has pushed the launch of the Jimny to the first week of June. Till now, the company has received over 24,500 bookings for the Jimny in India and the deliveries of the SUV are expected to start right after the launch in the first week of June.

Engine details
The Indian-spec 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine in the Suzuki Jimny generates 104 Hp and 134 Nm of torque. You have the option of a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Jimny has a low-range transfer case and can drive all four wheels.
