Maruti Suzuki: With 175,443 domestic sales in January 2024—a 13% increase over the same month the previous year—Maruti Suzuki India Limited today announced its greatest monthly sales volume ever. 199,364 units were sold in total, including exports.

Passenger Vehicles
In comparison to the 147,348 units sold in the same month last year, the business saw a growth of 13.2% in domestic passenger vehicle sales, to 166,802 units. The Mini and Compact segment comprises 92,382 units. 363 units of the mid-size Ciaz automobile were sold.
With 62,038 units sold in a single month, Maruti’s Utility Vehicles segment—which includes the Brezza, Ertiga, XL6, Grand Vitara, and S-Cross—saw its greatest monthly sales ever. This represents a strong gain of 75% over January 2023.
Exports
Additionally, exports rose significantly from 17,393 units in January 2023 to 23,921 units in January 2024, a 37.5% rise.
Commercial Vehicles
Compared to 4,019 units sold in the same month the previous year, the Light Commercial Vehicle registered sales of 3,412 units in January 2024.
