Maruti Suzuki Sales in October 2023: In October 2023, Maruti Suzuki sold 1,99,217 cars, marking record-breaking monthly sales. Together with export sales, this represents a 19% year-over-year gain in sales.

In October 2023, the company sold 59,147 utility vehicles, over twice as many as in October 2022 (30,971 units). Maruti Suzuki makes the Brezza, Ertiga, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Invicto, Jimny, S-cross, and XL6 utility vehicles.
Sales of compact cars also increased, with 80,662 sold in October 2023 compared to 73,685 sold in the same month the previous year. This group includes the Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, Tour S, and WagonR. On the other hand, sales of Maruti Suzuki Ciaz decreased from 1,884 units in October 2022 to 695 units in October 2023.
The business sold 14,568 units of mini cars in October 2023 compared to 24,936 units in October 2022. Sales of mini cars, which include items like Alto and S-Presso, also decreased during the same month last year.
When compared to the previous year, Maruti Suzkuki‘s overall exports increased by around 7%, from 20,448 to 21,951 units in October.
Maruti Suzuki’s year-to-date sales increased by 8.36% as the business sold 96,456 more cars between April and October 2023 than it did in the same period the previous year.
