Maserati GranTurismo to launch in India in the second quarter of 2024, All you must know about this amazing car

Maserati GranTurismo: Maserati has declared that the most recent GranTurismo model will be available in India in 2024 in both fuel and electric forms. The GranTurismo with a petrol engine will start on sale in the second quarter of 2024, with the electric counterpart, known as the Folgore, following later in the same year. While keeping the elegant appearance of its predecessor, the new GranTurismo sports an improved design.

Maserati GranTurismo powertrain details

A 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 engine, which produces 483 horsepower and 600 Nm in base configuration and 542 horsepower and 650 Nm in performance-oriented Trofeo, powers the GranTurismo. All-wheel drive is standard on both models.

Interior and design

Numerous physical buttons have been replaced with touch-sensitive controls and digital displays inside the newly redesigned GranTurismo’s cabin. It has an 8.8-inch secondary touchscreen for seat and climate control, a large centre touchscreen, and a digital instrument panel.
The updated GranTurismo has a strong front-end Maserati Trident symbol along with a splitter and large vents on the bumper. Extra vents located behind the grille help disperse extra air over the outside of the car. It also has the iconic triple vent design that is present on every Maserati vehicle. The rear end features a more streamlined triangular taillight design, an improvement over the previous model.

All-electric GranTurismo Folgore details

Using a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system that produces 751 horsepower and 1,350 Nm, the all-electric GranTurismo Folgore improves performance.
With a peak speed of 325 km/h, it has an impressive 2.7-second 0-100 km/h acceleration time.
An individual charge of the 92.5kWh battery pack powers an EV with a maximum range of 450 km.

Expected price in India

Buyers can select from a range of personalisation options when purchasing the new GranTurismo, which is expected to start at around Rs. 2.5 crore (ex-showroom) in India.
