All about the MG Comet
This year, the electric MG will be introduced in India. This electric car’s name has been released by the manufacturer. The name of it will be MG Comet. The name was inspired by the famous British aircraft that competed in the 1934 England-Australia MacRobertson Air Race. The Wuling Air EV, marketed internationally, will be the foundation for the MG Comet.
The Comet would be a small electric vehicle (EV) with a plethora of high-end features. This year, MG will introduce the Comet, which has two doors. Although the vehicle’s proportions would be small, its unique electric platform would allow for a roomy wheelbase and an open interior inside. The styling is also futuristic, although the India-specific model has not yet been made public. The cost in India might perhaps be less than 10 lakh rupees.
Specifications and features
The electric motor and battery pack have not yet been disclosed, either. The battery pack should have a little bit more than 20 kWh of capacity. It will state that a single charge will provide it with a driving range of roughly 250–300 kilometres. An estimated 40 Bhp of power will be produced.
The interior of the MG Comet will be its greatest selling point. It will include two screens: a sizable touchscreen entertainment system, and a digital instrument cluster. This will include connected automobile technology.
