Eczema

Eczema is a non-infectious skin disease characterized by inflammation, itching and redness of the skin. The area of skin that is affected by this becomes dry, cracked and blisters. Scabies

Scabies is an infectious skin problem caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. If scabies occurs, there is intense itching along with redness in your skin. The itching is worse at night which is difficult to tolerate. Increase in humidity and change in temperature in monsoon can worsen this condition.

Athlete’s foot

Athlete’s foot is a contagious skin disease that occurs mostly around the feet, causing itching and blisters. Infected skin becomes rough, cracked and sometimes discolored.

Common measures to avoid skin disease

There are some common measures to avoid all these skin diseases which you have to follow. Keep your body clean and wear tidy clothes. Apart from this, improve your eating habits. Stay away from oily and spicy food. Drink as much water as possible and keep the body hydrated. Lastly, don’t stay in wet clothes at all and keep yourself dry. Avoid getting wet in the rain.
