The dispute between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui has come a very long way. They both went personal in the dispute and Aaliya shared several videos on her Instagram account. Now, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is making headlines as he is about to file a defamation case against his wife Aaliya Siddiqui. He is seeking Rs. 100 crore damages from his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui. The actor also accused brother Shamasuddin Siddiqui of defamation and making false statement against him.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui has filed a lawsuit against his Aaliya, Shamasuddin and brother
As per a recent report by the news agency PTI, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has filed a lawsuit against his former manager, Shamasuddin Siddiqui, his former wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, and his brother. The actor has alleged that Shamasuddin had cheated and defrauded him by purchasing properties using his money. Nawazuddin has demanded a written apology from both Shamasuddin and Aaliya in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit also mentions that Shamasuddin, who was Nawazuddin’s manager in 2008, assigned all the financial work to him blindly. When the actor learnt about the fraud and raised queries, Shamsuddin advised Aaliya to file a false case against him. Recently, the actor and his former wife were involved in a property dispute as well.
Furthermore, Nawazuddin has requested the Court to permanently stop Aaliya and his brother from making any defamatory statements or remarks against the actor. Nawazuddin has accused them of misappropriating ₹21 crore from him.
Shamasuddin and Aaliya teamed up against the actor
The lawsuit alleges that when Nawazuddin demanded the properties to be returned to him, Shamasuddin and Aaliya teamed up against him and started blackmailing him with “cheap videos and comments on social media.” The matter is scheduled to be heard by a single bench of Justice Riyaz Chagla on March 30, according to the PTI report.
This lawsuit highlights the importance of financial transparency and trust in professional relationships.
