Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara: For high-end, feature-packed, and upscale items, Maruti didn’t have a great reputation. In recent years, this opinion of Maruti Suzuki has shifted. Maruti Suzuki has never offered features like heated seats, a panoramic sunroof, a head-up display, six airbags, all-wheel drive, powerful hybrid technology, and a contemporary 6-speed transmission. All of these features are currently available on the Grand Vitara, the company’s flagship model.
However, Grand Vitara has advanced up the ladder and is currently only behind Creta in the small SUV sector. Every month, the sales difference between the Grand Vitara and Creta gets smaller. Although it has a rather premium and attractive look, Bimble Designs has imagined its own Grand Vitara X that receives small but noticeable improvements. Let’s look at it.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara X by Bimble Designs
Grand Vitara’s exterior design is based on NEXA’s “Crafted Futurism” design language. Now, Bimble Designs has made its version with a hint of ferocity that was lacking in conventional autos. The front grille is surrounded by two chrome strips, one of which runs horizontally over the grille.
The X version of Bimble has now blackened out both of them. On typical autos, the front skid plate is coated in silver, but Bimble has changed it to a dark grey colour. Only the projector headlamp unit below the ice-cube effect LED DRLs has been altered. It has been replaced by a bigger assembly that has five DRL-functioning boomerang-shaped LED elements that are stacked vertically.
Grand Vitara X has a sporty edge thanks to all of these taken together. The athletic look is continued at the sides with bigger black alloy wheels that feature a twin-slat 5-spoke design that makes me think of the AMG wheels that were once available with the CLA Class. The Maruti Grand Vitara Sport’s alloy wheels appear to be 19″ or 20″ in size and are really attractive. particularly when using low-profile tyres. These tyres not only look beautiful from the side, but because they are fat tyres, they also improve the appearance from the front and back.
What has been updated?
To add to their athletic appearance, brake callipers are painted red. Dual-tone paint schemes is what really elegantly unify everything. Also, Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Grey, Chestnut Brown, Opulent Red, and the recently introduced Pearl Midnight Black are the colours that Maruti Suzuki now provides. White, Silver and Red are the only colours available in the Dual Tone paint scheme with a black roof.
Similarly, The Grand Vitara X from Bimble Design has a black roof and matte copper, matte blue, and gloss blue paint. The LED components inside the taillight at the back have been somewhat stylized to complement the Grand Vitara’s overall athletic appeal in this rendering. The engines are the same as those in standard vehicles.
