Toyota Innova Hycross

Arriving in January 2023
Engines: 2.0-litre petroleum and 2.0-litre strong hybrid petroleum
Expected Price: 24–28 lakh rupees

The Innova Hycross is the latest model of what is possibly India’s most well-liked MPV. The vehicle now has a 100mm longer wheelbase, giving the occupants greater space.

A 10-inch infotainment touchscreen and a panoramic sunroof, the first for an Innova, are among the many features that the Hycross is likely to have. Additionally, it will be the first Toyota to have ADAS in India.

Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift

Arriving in February 2023
engines: 2.4-liter diesel
18–23 lakh rupees are the anticipated price.

Toyota anticipates selling the Crysta alongside the Innova Hycross and is therefore likely to give it a little aesthetic update to keep it current. Some customers, particularly those in the fleet market, are drawn to the former’s robust ladder frame setup. As even this appeals to the fleet segment, the 2.4-litre turbo-diesel engine, which is now unavailable, is also anticipated to return.

Kia Carnival

Arriving in April 2023
diesel engine, 2.2 litres
Price to be Charged: Rs. 30 lakh

Two engine options are available for the new fourth-generation Carnival globally: a 3.5-litre petrol V6 engine with 296 hp and 355 nm, and a 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine with 201 hp and 440 nm. India most certainly won’t receive anything other than the diesel engine used in the present Carnival. Additionally, the fourth-generation Carnival was given a 5-star Australian NCAP rating.

The fourth-generation Carnival is more angular in appearance, with squared-off proportions. It now has headlamps that are more slender and a sharper front grille. A full-width LED light bar and a chrome strip that blends into the chrome accent on the C pillar are added to the rear.
