OLA Electric: Ola Electric presently controls 40% of the nation’s market for electric scooters. The company is now prepared to introduce some new items and expand into smaller locations in order to boost its market share to 60–70%.
Ola recorded sales of over 30,000 units in April 2023, cementing its position as the market leader in terms of sales for the eighth straight month. The business surpassed sales of e-scooters made by Ather, Hero Electric, and Okinawa. The business started selling scooters online for retail purposes and established many Ola Experience Centres across the nation to increase its offline presence.

OLA Electric new models
Ola Electric has revealed that it would launch a new line of electric scooters this year while taking into account all pricing points with regard to its upcoming goods. Later this year, Ola will release its next new model. The manufacturer has also stated that other models would be released. Earlier this year, Ola disclosed that it is developing six new electric two-wheelers, including a scooter for the mainstream market. Soon, a sports bike, adventure tourer, road bike, cruiser, and mass-market bike are anticipated to join the Ola premium electric motorbike lineup.
New target cities
Ola Electric will increase its sales network to 1,000 outlets in the upcoming few months in an effort to improve its presence in smaller communities. In Tier I and Tier II cities, the corporation will establish experience centres, which will boost EV adoption by 8% to 10%.
