Ola S1 Pro: Another Ola S1 Pro incident resulted in the hospitalization of a female rider to the intensive care unit. Samkit Parmar, the woman’s husband, who was riding the electric scooter when the front suspension went out, reported the incident. This is what occurred.

Samkit Parmar posted on social media that his wife was travelling at a 35 km/h speed at about 9:15 in the evening. He claims that the suspension abruptly failed and the the-front wheel came off. Due to the scooter throwing the woman, she suffered severe head and face injuries. She may have been wearing a helmet, but we are unsure.
Her head and face suffered severe damage as a result of the accident. At the moment, the woman is in the ICU. Samkit Parmar also mentioned Ola Electric and Bhavish Aggarwal, the company’s founder and CEO. He hasn’t heard back from anyone in charge, though.
In such situations, Ola typically provides real-time updates with the vehicle’s speed and other pertinent information that is kept in the cloud. The company has not yet released an official statement, though.

The Ola S1 Pro’s front suspension has failed before, and it has done so once more. There have been multiple occasions where the suspension has failed, seriously injuring the rider. Another Ola S1 Pro user reported a similar occurrence on Twitter, complaining about how the suspension broke when he was moving at a very slow speed.
Sanjeev, another owner, posted a complaint on social media about his S1 Pro’s broken suspension while he was riding the scooter. Sanjeev didn’t experience the suspension issue until six days after receiving the Ola S1 Pro delivery.
