In fact, a statement by NCP MP and Sharad Pawar’s daughter Supriya Sule has raised the political temperature in the state.
Supriya Sule claimed that there will be two big political explosions in 15 days. One will be in Delhi and the other in Maharashtra. Supriya Sule’s statement has come at a time when there is a lot of talk in political circles that Ajit Pawar may switch sides with his supporting MLAs.
Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut wrote in an article written two days ago in Saamana newspaper, referring to the conversation he had with Sharad Pawar, Pawar told him that there is pressure on his family. But if the MLA or MP of his party takes some steps then it will be his personal decision.
In fact, in the Jarandeshwar sugar mill case, the Enforcement Directorate is probing Ajit Pawar and the company linked to his family. It is said that not directly but money laundering has taken place on a large scale in the purchase and sale of this sugar mill. In Lal Dora 2021, the Enforcement Directorate had attached the Jarandeshwar Sugar Mill property.
In the year 2019 also, NCP leader Ajit Pawar has taken oath as Deputy Chief Minister along with BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis. But within 48 hours the government of Fadnavis and Pawar had fallen. At that time it was claimed that Ajit Pawar had the support of most of the MLAs but senior Pawar had turned the tide.
