The deadlock between India and the Chinese military continues in Ladakh since early May. Meanwhile, Ladakh MP Jamyang Sering Namgyal said on Friday that China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) proposal has been rejected. He said that we have been watching the drama of the neighboring country for a long time. He also said that people need not worry as long as there is a Modi government at the Center.
Namgyal said, “The proposal sent by PLA has been rejected. As a local citizen of Ladakh and a representative of the people, we have been watching the drama of the neighboring country for a long time. For the first time, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the people of Ladakh feel safe.
Jamyang Sering Namgyal said that we have been watching the drama of neighboring countries for centuries. Ladakh people felt insecure with the governments that came before and the movement that took place at the border. But today the residents of the border feel safe during Modi ji’s time. The Ladakh MP further said that as long as there is Modi ji at the Center and there is Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, then no countryman needs to worry. We will not let even an inch of land go into the hands of outsiders.
He further said, ‘As long as Modi ji, Amit Shah ji is in the central government and Rajnath ji is the defense minister, the people of India need not worry. The steps taken by the government in the border areas, be it Ladakh or for Arunachal Pradesh, cannot be invaded even by an inch of land by outsiders. ‘
