The Chief Minister further said that following the Covid protocol, I will continue work in isolation.
Sunita Gehlot, wife of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, also got corona infected on Wednesday. In this regard, CM Gehlot had given information by tweeting. He wrote that my wife Sunita Gehlot has come to Covid positive (asymptomatic). According to protocol, their treatment in home isolation has started. After this tweet by Gehlot, the tweets wished for his wife’s good health and speedy recovery. Meanwhile, on Thursday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also got corona test positive.
Ashok Gehlot, now under a precautionary isolation, will hold a Covid review meeting with physicians and officials at 8.30 pm daily. Record 16,613 new cases of corona virus infection occurred in Rajasthan on Wednesday.
In India, 3,79,257 new cases of corona virus infection occurred in one day, 3645 people died. With this, the number of people infected so far in the country has increased to 1,83,76,524, out of which 2,04,832 have been killed .
