Baba Siddique Murder: On 12th October, Saturday, the death of NCP leader Baba Siddique came as a shocker for the nation. He was killed outside his son MLA Zeeshan’s Bandra office. The Baba Siddique murder has opened up many unknown events. In a recent ANI report, the police stated that the alleged killers of Baba Siddique, Gurmel Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap used to watch YouTube videos for shooting practice. This has shocked the internet as the platform is made to be the boon for the world but this incident has revealed the negative side of it.
Truth Behind Baba Siddique Murder Planning
According to a report by ANI, the Mumbai Crime branch revealed the whole planning process behind Baba Siddique’s murder. The police said that the planning to kill the NCP leader had been going on for 3 months in Pune. The alleged shooters Gurmel Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap used to watch YouTube videos for shooting practice. They also revealed that the accused received a 2 lakh cash amount from arrested accused Praveen and Shubham Lonkar. A fourth accused Harish delivered the money to Gurmel and Dharamraj. The police said, “Along with the money, two mobile phones were also provided to the shooter. Harish has been living in Pune for the last 9 years. The investigation also revealed that the accused used the social media app to chat and make calls.”
As the report revealed that Gurmel Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap used to watch YouTube videos for shooting practice. This has raised many questions, why are such videos available on the platform? How are people using the social media apps? Is the internet a boon or bane for the new world?
