CM Kejriwal: Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeks support from Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav amid the ordinance row. The Aam Admi Party Convenor is reaching out to gather support from the Non BJP parties against the Centre’s ordinance on service matters including posting and transfer of officers. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will be accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Kejriwal has been trying to garner support from the opposition parties in a bid to replace it through a bill. AAP leader Sanjay Singh is also likely to join Arvind Kejriwal for the meet.

Delhi Govt vs Centre Ordinance Row: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal earlier met West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Former Maharashtra CM Uddhhav Thackeray also. The Centre has earlier circulated the ordinance to create an authority for the Transfer of Group A officers which the Kejriwal Government called it as dishonesty with the Top Court verdict on control of services. The transfer and posting of all officers of the Delhi Government were under the control of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi before the Supreme Court verdict.
