On the occasion of Janmashtami, Hinduist leader want to offer prayers on the land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, on which the Shahi Masjid Idgah is built. Dinesh Sharma, National Treasurer of Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha has written a letter with his blood. In which he has demanded that after reaching the Shahi Masjid Idgah complex, he should be allowed to worship Lord Shri Krishna on the day of Janmashtami.
Dinesh Sharma has written a letter in the name of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with blood. The Hinduist leader has demanded that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself should allow the worship of Lord Krishna by visiting the Shahi Idgah premises on the day of Shri Krishna Janmashtami.
He also said that CM Yogi is an incarnation of Hanuman ji. At the same time, in the letter he has appealed to CM Yogi about his faith and the faith of all Hindus.
Even before this, he had written a letter in the name of the President seeking permission for the Jalabhishek of Laddu Gopal. This time Janmashtami is being celebrated in Mathura on 19th August. Dinesh Sharma has sought permission to worship Lord Krishna in the Shahi Idgah complex.
He said the place is the birthplace of lord Krishna
The Muslim side has contested this plea. “So for, Krishna worship is being performed at a place which is not exactly the His birthplace,” Sharma has said in his letter, which he also released to the media. The place where Kanha was born exists under the Shahi Masjid Idgah, he claimed. Calling Adityanath an “incarnation of Hindu God Hanuman”, Sharma said he was confident the chief minister would give him the permission to offer worship inside the mosque.
He said that the original sanctum sanctorum of Lord Shri Krishna was on the Shahi Idgah complex. He said that Lord Krishna was born there. He has demanded that on August 19, on the day of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, permission should be given to worship in the premises of the Idgah. He has also said that if he is not allowed to worship, then he should be given euthanasia.
If the permission is denied, Sharma said, he should be allowed to die as it is “worthless to live a life without offering obeisance to Lord Krishna exactly at his birthplace”. A similar application submitted earlier in a court was rejected on August 3, 2022.
