The Congress party released its third manifesto on Wednesday (February 9) before the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Priyanka Gandhi released the third manifesto of the Congress, which has been named Unnati Vidhan. While releasing the ‘Unnati Vidhan’, Priyanka Gandhi said that if our government is formed, the entire loan of farmers will be waived within 10 days. Apart from this, wheat-paddy will be purchased for Rs 2500 and sugarcane for Rs 400. Under the Go Dhan scheme, cow dung will be purchased for Rs 2 a kg. Apart from this, compensation of 3 thousand rupees will be given on the loss caused by stray animals.
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi said, ‘If the Congress government comes, the electricity bill will be halved. Apart from this, the outstanding electricity bill of the Corona period will be waived.
Priyanka Gandhi said that the Covid warriors who lost their lives during the Coronavirus Pandemic will get a compensation of 50 lakhs. Apart from this, an assistance of 25 thousand rupees will be given to the family suffering financially from Corona.
In its manifesto, Congress promised government jobs to 20 lakh youth. Priyanka Gandhi said that the complete blueprint is ready for recruitment to 12 lakh government posts. Along with this, she promised that 40 percent jobs would be given to women under reservation.

This time in Uttar Pradesh, elections will be held for 403 assembly seats in seven phases and the counting of votes will take place on March 10. The assembly elections in UP will begin on February 10 with voting in 58 seats in 11 districts of the western part of the state. This was followed by 55 seats in the second phase on February 14, 59 seats in the third phase on February 20, 60 seats in the fourth phase on February 23, 60 seats in the fifth phase on February 27, 57 seats in the sixth phase on March 3. But on March 7, in the seventh and final phase, voting will be held in 54 seats.
