It’s PM Narendra Modi Vs CM Arvind Kejriwal, On Revdi Remarks

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has once again targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday. On PM’s rewari comment, Arvind Kejriwal questioned why people troubled by inflation should not get free education and treatment? He said that the common man should not be insulted by calling such things free “revdi”. Kejriwal tweeted a media report in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the political culture of “revdi” or freebies.

The Aam Aadmi Party chief tweeted that people are very upset with inflation. Why should they not get free education, treatment, medicines and electricity? Politicians get so many facilities for free. Banks waived loans of so many rich people. By calling it free revdi again and again, don’t insult the common man.

PM Modi had criticized the freebie culture while addressing people at the “Griha Pravesh” function of 4.51 lakh beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said that every taxpayer must be thinking that as I celebrate Diwali, poor brothers in Madhya Pradesh are also happy during the festival of lights. They are getting pucca house. His daughter’s life will improve. But when this taxpayer sees that the money collected from tax is being spent on distributing Revdi to him, he feels sad.
