Actually, bikini of Kannada state flag (yellow and red) is being sold on Amazon Canada website. The state emblem is also visible on the bikini. Against this, minister Arvind Limbavali in the Karnataka government has opened a front. The minister said that this type of repeated insults to Kannada people should stop, it is a matter of self-respect of Kannada and we will not tolerate provocation in such incidents. That’s why Amazon should apologize to Kannadigas or else legal action will be taken against them.”
We experienced an insult of Kannada by @Google recently. Even before the scars could heal, we find @amazonca using the colors of #Kannada flag and the kannada icon on ladies’ clothes 1/2

He further said that Kannada language, culture and heritage has a history of thousands of years. I strongly oppose any action that endangers the sentiments of Kannada. It is necessary to take legal action against such act.
Earlier Google has called Kannada India’s most ‘ugly’ language
Google has named Kannada language as the ugliest language in India. Because of this people have become angry. People are freaking out on Twitter. Actually, Google has expressed its views regarding the Kannada language of India. In which Google has shown Kannada language as ‘India’s ugliest language’. On the other hand, it has also been told that Kannada is the queen of languages in the world. But, people did not like this thing of Google and there is a debate about it on social media.
When it was written on Google that which is the ugliest language in India? So on this Google replied in response – Kannada. While Kannada is the oldest language in the world. About 6 crore people speak and write Kannada language in the country. After so much uproar, Google has removed this answer from its search results.
