Chandrashekhar Azad, the founder of Azad Samaj Party, has announced that his party will not have any alliance with Samajwadi Party in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections. Addressing a press conference in Lucknow, he strongly attacked SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and alleged that he has insulted Bahujan Samaj.
In the press conference, Chandrashekhar said that Akhilesh does not want the support of Dalits. He alleged, “Yesterday we were humiliated by Akhilesh ji. Akhilesh ji disrespected Bahujan Samaj yesterday.” Along with this, Chandrashekhar Azad said that Akhilesh Yadav does not understand the meaning of social justice.

Earlier yesterday both the leaders had met. Sources reveal that in this meeting, an agreement could not be reached between the two on seat-sharing.
Chandrashekhar was demanding 10 seats for himself, while Akhilesh was ready to give him only three seats.
