On the occasion of Doctors Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed doctors across the country today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that when the country is fighting a big battle against Covid, doctors have saved millions of lives, many doctors have also sacrificed their lives in their tireless efforts, I pay tribute to all those souls, Our government has given top priority to healthcare.
Describing the efforts being made by his government, PM Narendra Modi said that during the first wave of corona last year, we had allocated Rs 15,000 crore to improve our health infrastructure, this year the health care There is a budget allocation of more than Rs 2 lakh crore for this.
While addressing on National Doctors Day, PM Modi said that our country will also win from Corona and will also touch a new dimension of development. Yoga has helped a lot in the fight against Corona. He said that another good thing we have seen is that people from the medical fraternity have come a long way to spread awareness about yoga. The work which should have been done in the last century after independence to propagate Yoga, is being done now. Along with this, PM Modi also put the work done by the government in front of the people in recent times.
