Election strategist Prashant Kishor on Thursday hit back at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He shared pictures of Nitish Kumar with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Twitter without writing anything. In all the pictures, the Bihar Chief Minister can be seen greeting Modi with folded hands. However, after some time he also deleted the tweet.
On Wednesday, Nitish Kumar had reprimanded his former party colleague Kishor. He had said that JDU’s decision to change the alliance will have regional impact and not national impact. Calling Kishor a campaign expert, Nitish Kumar suggested that he might be working in secret to help the BJP.
Bihar CM said, “Working with other political parties is their business. We are not concerned with what they have to do in Bihar. Does he know the ‘ABC’ that has been done since 2005?” He said, “Whatever statement he is making has no meaning… Maybe he wants to stay with the BJP. Maybe he wants to help them.”
Nitish is furious with this statement of Prashant
Significantly, Prashant Kishor had earlier insisted that the promotion of a grand alliance in Bihar after Nitish’s joining was a “state-specific” event and was unlikely to have a nationwide impact. He told reporters that the recent political upheaval in the state is a sign of “political instability” that has been plaguing the state since the rise of the “new BJP” under Modi.
