A Day after Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah assured the people to implement the five poll promises , Congress Priyank Kharge said that there is no such scheme that is free for all. There will be certain rules and regulations. The Congress Government will try to implement the five Poll Promises as soon as possible.
‘EVERY RUPEE SHOULD BE SPENT AFTER SETTING A CRITERIA’
Kharge also said that we’ll be using Taxpayer’s money and every rupee should be spent after setting a criteria before the people. This is people’s money, tax money paid by the people even if one rupee is to be spent it should be put in front of the people and the criteria should be set and spent. It is true that financial burden will fall from the implementation of five guarantees scheme, but we will show how the congress party is able to convert the impossible into possible.
‘SCHEMES WILL BE GIVEN WITH CERTAIN CRITERIA’
Kharge also said that show me a single scheme that runs without any criteria. We will frame the conditions and terms. The standards should be prepared. We will implement guarantee schemes with certain criteria.
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaih yesterday promised to implement the five guarantees scheme which the party had promised in its manifesto. He also said that the schemes will be rolled out in a phased manner after identifying the beneficiaries and processing the applications wherever required.
The scheme mentions 200 units of free power , Rs 2000 for women head of families, 10 kg free rice to every individual, Rs 3000 allowance for unemployed graduates and Rs 1500 for unemployed diploma holders under Yuva Nidhi scheme who passed in 2022 -2023 for 24 months. Women can travel for free in Public Transport buses other than AC, luxury buses in Karnataka.
