After a nine-day Christmas break, the Congress resumed the UP leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra on Tuesday. Rahul was greeted by Priyanka Gandhi as he arrived in the UP, and their emotional reunion was marked by hugs and tender moments between the siblings.

Brijlal Khabri, president of the UP Congress, flagged off the UP leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Ghaziabad. The highlight of the UP leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra’s beginning at Loni Border was Rahul Gandhi’s tender reunion with his sister Priyanka, during which he kissed her on the forehead, kissed her cheeks, walked alongside her, and waved to the cheering throng.

Rahul encircling Priyanka in that happy moment was a sight to behold because it showed an emotional brother-sister reunion.
While the party leaders spoke to the audience, Rahul and Priyanka were spotted having a happy moment together on stage. While sat next to one another, Rahul and Priyanka were seen giggling and grinning.
Priyanka felt embarrassed by Rahul Gandhi’s display of affection for his sister in front of the entire public.
Farooq Abdulah, the leader of the National Conference and a former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Anil Chaudhary, KC Venugopal, and other party members attended the ceremony together with Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. Rahul will be accompanied by Priyanka Gandhi for the entire UP leg of the foot march.
Priyanka Gandhi heaps praise on Rahul Gandhi
The three-day Yatra will travel across Uttar Pradesh before returning to Haryana on January 6. In the meantime, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra praised Rahul Gandhi, referring to him as a “fighter” who carried a shield of truth and had no fear of anyone.
