Punjab News: Union Home Minister Amit Shah to address rallies in Punjab’s Gurdaspur and Sirsa in Haryana. The Home Minister is holding rallies as an accomplishment of the nine years of BJP Government. The BJP MP Sunny Deol will miss attending the rally due to the wedding of his son Karan Deol. The opposition has been hitting out the actor for not showing his presence in many of the important Political rallies in the past. The Home Minister will also address the achievements of the BJP during his rally.

Security beefed up in Gurdaspur and Sirsa
The security of both the areas have been beefed up due to the rallies in Gurdaspur and Sirsa. The Haryana Police has been keeping an eye on the farmer leaders and have been issued warnings by the Police not to hamper the Law and order situation . The Punjab Police has taken the UAD ( United Akali Dal) Leader into custody to avoid any untoward situation. They had planned for a protest to request the release of their fellow prisoners.

The United Akali Dal Chief said that we had thought of holding a protest to request the release of our fellow prisoners who had finished their sentence. The Punjab Government has arrested us without even listening to our appeal.
