Shivraj Singh Chouhan:In a bid to improve the quality of education in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced to launched 9000 CM Rise schools in the state with an objective to deliver quality education to the students of Madhya Pradesh. The CM made this announcement while inaugurating a school in Gulana village which will be named after Social Activist B R Ambedkar. The CM also intitiated ‘ School Chalen Hum’ campaign which was launched by former Prime Minister of India Atal Behari Vajpayee.
‘Students will get Quality Education with other Perks’
While making the announcement, CM Shivraj Chouhan said we will also have a statue of B R Ambedkar in the school. He announced that the Gulana village will now be called Golana village. CM said these 9000 schools will be set up for students to provide them quality education and the students will also have smart classes with the teachers from Delhi and Mumbai.
‘Meritorious Students will get scholarships’
The schools will also have ‘Atal Tinkering Lab’ to promote innovation and creativity among students. The schools will be equipped with all the modern facilities like labs, sports ground, libraries, and Medical care also. The CM said students who will perform well in exams will be given laptops. They will also be given cycles, mid day meals and Scooty along with scholarship.
