Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Tuesday lashed out at state Governor RN Ravi and PM Narendra Modi. Stalin said that he learned the skill of speaking for hours without answering anyone’s questions from PM Modi. Stalin was taunting PM Modi over the questions raised by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi recently in Parliament on issues like Adani-BBC. The CM of Tamil Nadu said, ‘Many allegations were made against the PM and the BJP government, but they did not respond to any of the allegations.’
MK Stalin said that there were big things in PM Modi’s address in Parliament, but there was no answer regarding the BBC documentary and relations with Adani. He said that there are direct allegations against the BJP government at the center of nexus with Adani Group. The Supreme Court bench headed by the Chief Justice is also seriously hearing in this matter. Therefore, this issue should be discussed in the Parliament and an inquiry by the Joint Parliamentary Committee should be ordered.
The CM of Tamil Nadu said that it is shocking in itself that despite making such big allegations, he did not say a word. He said that the remarks of Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge have been removed from the records of the Parliament, does not mean that they can be removed from the minds of the people. PM Modi had said in Parliament that ED has united the opposition. Targeting the PM’s statement, Stalin said, ‘For the first time the Prime Minister has accepted in Parliament that he does vendetta politics against the opposition. This is not a good thing for the country. This is certainly not good for democracy.’
‘The art of speaking for hours without answering’
Regarding the questions raised by Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament speech, Stalin said that I have learned from the Prime Minister the art of speaking for hours without answering anyone’s questions. There have been many serious allegations against the PM and the BJP government, but in his address the PM did not answer a single thing.
