PM Modi said that till 5 years ago, these mafiaists did not allow the benefits of the schemes of the Center to reach the poor, downtrodden, backward of UP. Their arbitrariness did not run in the schemes of the Center, corruption did not work, so they used to put brakes in those schemes.

Only the government of ‘double engine’ can do this work.
The Prime Minister said that his first visit to Uttar Pradesh was to Meerut and due to bad weather, he had to reach there by road.
