Jaipur News: Today, the Rajasthan BJP organised a sizable protest in the state’s capital Jaipur against the Gehlot administration. Everyone marched for the secretariat gherao along with the group at the party office. In the meantime, the police used water cannons to force the BJP workers away from Statue Circle. Satish Poonia, the deputy leader of the opposition, got into a fight with the police at the same time. The police-worker altercation resulted in some workers being hurt. According to the BJP, thousands of people travelled to Jaipur from all over the state to take part in this gherao exercise. PM Narendra Modi has also endorsed the BJP’s “Chalo Jaipur” slogan.
Vowing to Bring an End to the Gehlot Administration
A gathering was organised outside the state BJP office before to the secretariat gherao. Rajendra Rathore, the leader of the opposition, vowed that every worker who participated in today’s march will try to end the Gehlot administration. The Rajasthani populace would work to untie the bandages covering Ashok Gehlot’s both feet at the same time. Earlier, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said in his address to the crowd that when a nail becomes trapped in a tyre, the tyre must be changed in order to drive the car. The feet of CM Ashok Gehlot have also been punctured by a nail in a similar manner.
Demands End to Congress Government’s Misrule in Rajasthan
The BJP says it has attracted one lakh people. PM Modi has tweeted his support for Mahagherao in the interim. He wrote that stroll in honour of daughters, PM Modi tweeted. The PM complained in his letter about how Rajasthan, the home of heroes and heroines, has become a morass of suffering and notoriety under the current Congress government. The ‘Nahin Sahega Rajasthan’ campaign of the Rajasthan BJP will come to an end today. A siege of the secretariat is being planned as part of this effort today. On Sardar Patel Marg, in front of the BJP headquarters, a sizable pandal has been erected. To oppose the misrule of the Congress government for four and a half years, a rally will be held from this location. All the major leaders are giving speeches before to the rally outside the BJP headquarters. Following that, everyone will depart for the secretariat’s major gherao, which will take the form of a rally. According to BJP state president CP Joshi, this will be the largest protest against the Gehlot administration in four and a half years.
