By going to every college, the people of the organization are collecting donations through the campaign “1 Rupee Ram’s Name”. They also have two fund collection letters in their hands, on which the name Ram is written and they are also appealing to every person to pay at least 1 rupee.
While this campaign was started by NSUI in Commerce College, the student leaders of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad also reached Commerce College during this period. Due to the face-to-face of the two student organizations, a situation of hotness was also seen for some time, but the heavy police Jabte present on the spot did not let the two come in front of each other.
All teachers of student or person are being donated by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, they are being given a slip. In this case, there is an account of every rupee of the amount donated by ABVP, although NSUI has also started a campaign for donations from today, which is a welcome step. Donations will be collected from ABPP for the construction of Ram temple in Rajasthan continuously. “
Meanwhile Congress distanced itself from this campaign
At the same time, the National Treasurer of the Congress Pawan Bansal said about the donations being made for the Ram temple, that the NSUI in Rajasthan will be collecting donations for the Ram temple, I am not aware of it. He said that this is not the stand of Congress. The Congress has no plans to collect donations for the Ram temple at the Delhi level.
He said, “I was contacted but I refused. For me religion is my personal faith and personal matter. Congress is secular as a party. BJP has collected donations many times in the name of Ram temple. BJP has become the contractor for the donation of Ram temple. Congress will not improve it. I and my family have contributed immensely in building the temple behind my house in Chandigarh, but as a party, the face of Congress is secular and will remain secular. ”
